Conserverie Quatrefages

1 - GENERAL DISPOSITIONS

By placing an order, the customer unreservedly accepts our general terms and conditions.

2 - PRODUCT PRICES

Prices shown are in Euros and include all taxes.
The vendor reserves the right to change prices anytime.
When placing an order, products will be charged at the price indicated on our website at the time of placing said order.

3 - PLACING AN ORDER

Orders may be placed either directly online through our website, by post or by phone.
Please make sure to indicate the ship to address as well as your telephone number so we may contact you should we need to.
In case of a product shortage, the CONSERVERIE QUATREFAGES will immediately inform the customer, either by phone or e-mail in order to find a solution.

4 - PAYMENT

Payment will be made either online by card , or by cheque through the post, in which case shipment of the order will only take place upon reception of said cheque.
Payment is in full, there is no option to pay by instalments.

5 - SHIPPING MODES AND LEADTIMES

Orders will be delivered through the post or by the company EXAPAQ.
Orders will be shipped within 24hrs of being placed and paid for.
In case of an order placed on Saturday or Sunday, the order will be shipped the following Monday.

6 - ISSUES UPON DELIVERY

The buyer should inspect the parcel immediately upon reception and declare any issues to the delivery company at the time of delivery. In case of damaged products inside the box, the buyer should contact CONSERVERIES QUATREFAGES as soon as possible.

7 - COOLING OFF PERIOD

The customer will have a 14-day cooling off period from reception of the order.
Should the customer change their mind, the order should be returned at their cost to: CONSERVERIES QUATREFAGES rue du Moulin, 12230 Saint Jean du Bruel, France.
Upon reception of said parcel, the CONSERVERIE QUAGREFAGES will reimburse the order amount within 15 days, either by cheque or bank transfer.
